Movie news and a couple of icons--joy!

Grindhouse is making me squee with joy, for some reason. I think it's because I adore any movie that accepts that the plots they have are held together with a teeny, frail little thread of plot that holds together all the sex and violence and gore, and this one doesn't just accept it--it EMBRACES it. YEAH!!!
That, and I saw two of the fake trailers that'll show in some of the prints, "Hobo with a Shotgun" and "Thanksgiving." *jumps up and down and wiggles her bum*
Yep. It's happened. My fandom is officially DEAD. I can't have nice things. *mourns*
How the hell do you bring Edward Gorey's "The Doubtful Guest" to the big screen? HOW?!
And Sweeney Todd is gonna debut theaters December 21st. What a very pleasant Christmas present (I hope)!
